Matcha & ChaiLisbon, meet your new third place. It has better tea.

The brief

Matcha & Chai is a wellness café, studio and gym in Campo de Ourique, Lisbon, opening in 2026. Three levels under one roof, one house rhythm.

Level 1 — The Street: chai, matcha, coffee and small food. The daily ritual layer — quick enough for a Tuesday, warm enough to become your place. Level 2 — The Modular Lounge: long tables for co-work, artist salons, pop-up events, elixir nights and creative dinners. Level 3 — The Recovery Floor: infrared heat, restore-and-repair sessions, and small-group functional strength and mobility.

Founded by Sabin — Indian and Pakistani, Dubai-born, Lisbon-landed — chai is inheritance from her Nani; matcha is the soft call from Japan. A founding membership of 100 is open now, with locked-in pricing for life and a handmade Founding Member Kit, and the space can also be booked for events, launches and private gatherings.
